Mike as been investigating hauntings since 1997. In the year 2000, Mike started the Indiana Ghost Trackers (IGT). At this time, Indiana had nearly no paranormal groups. Only 2-3 small groups existed publicly at the time, with only one of them that answered emails. Obviously, this has changed greatly since the year 2000. Many of the most well known places of hauntings in Indiana were first investigated by IGT over the years. By the year 2005, IGT had well over 700 members and 15 chapters and continues to explore things that go bump in the night.

Mike has been training people in paranormal investigation since 2001 and has taught classes all across Indiana for the Indiana Ghost Trackers with the philosophy that paranormal education is paramount for all ghost hunters, especially those members of IGT.

Currently, Mike continues to research hauntings with IGT and leads the NW Indiana Chapter of IGT.Mike carries a B.S. Degree from Purdue University in Systems Analysis with a minor in Business Marketing. He loves craft beer, Sci-Fi, rock bands, and nights out under the stars (and long walks on the beach … just kidding! 😉 ). Mike also is extremely active in volunteering his time to help run a 900 member meetup organization in NW Indiana.

I was born in Indianapolis, IN on 06/14/68 and grew up in Carmel, IN. I attended Ball State University as a Music Performance Major in Percussion, and graduated from Purdue University with a B.A. in Psychology. I currently work with youth aging out of the foster care system into adulthood.

I live in Carmel,IN with my husband and son,and am blessed to have two wonderful stepsons and an amazing daughter as well.My hobbies include music, herpetology and anything associated with the paranormal.

I have been with IGT since September 2002, and originally started as a member of the Indy Chapter holding the position of Secretary. I was promoted to a Director’s position in 02/04 and transitioned to position of SC Regional Director.I now hold the position of IGT Corporate PR Director/Co-Trainer on the IGT State Board. My speciality is EVP (Electronic voice phenomena.
